Skill Trees are a perfect introduction to any topic you might like to teach. It provides a starting point for learning by giving an overview of whats ahead while acknowledging the participants pre-existing skill level. Catalyze the growth of your participants by letting them find their skill gaps and get them inspired to try new things. You can use this workshop template to:

  • Introduce the skill trees project
  • As a starter activity for introducing a topic of your expertise
  • As a team building activity
  • As a new staff training activity
  • Something for school students, uni students or home school students and adults alike
  • As a club, conference or makerspace workshop This example workshop presentation is ready to use, just fill in your own details and background in the first few slides, and edit the presentation to suit your use case. Youll also need the skill tree templates of your choice, and the Template Skill Tree (blank, for a goal setting activity.

You can make this workshop a short, 20-30 minute activity or a full 45 1hr session based how much discussion participants have between each activity.
